latest days, i saw that human's are more than orc's and if we found out that one of sides"human/orc" is controlling on pk that would be a result of diff time zone nd some of active clan... if we have in each side an active clan you won't feel that server unbalanced....

Conclusion:

:arrow: Different time zone is a causing server unbalance"sometimes" if we noticed that server had permanent imbalance,we would work on that for sure.

today its more human than karus ^^
past hours cz was full of humans...

if we want to balance that with NTs...we can NT people daily :P

Both sides have this issue and are suffering it... i noticed it in a extreme way the last days and i think this will lead to fast boredom if it goes on.

Which of course leads people to:

    - get frustrated
    - some might stop playing
    - create nation internal fights (nobody likes to loose so anger arises)
    - clan internal fights (due to frustrated misunderstandings during pk for example)
    - quitting clan/disband
    - do NT again

... and the same issue goes on in loop.

The NT achievement is a nice thing but "maybe" (just a thought) this should have been introduced a bit later after the balance is a bit better.

Here are just few ideas i came up with for now (maybe already in action or got suggested in the past) but a fresh start is always good... since game server dynamics are never constant).
Please feel free to add suggestions or healthy argumentation's.

    1. New identification of online users:

    - create forum poll to ask
    - check game server statistics for user activity
    - keep an "active" eye on in game dynamic for 1 or 2 week
    - create one post in forum (link related ones) about this situation
    - ...

    2. Implementation of action plan:

    - stop NT for a while completely (even for achievement) until the situation gets more satisfying
    - NT should only happen via 1 GM (to avoid internal communication errors)
    - create maybe a forum event with rewards and promote it to get users to vote/involved actively into this situation and let them think as well (since it effects them as well)
    - offer limited NT together with rewards to motivate those who are online during different time-frames in order to share the user activity on both sides.
    - ...

    3. Monitoring for 1 or 2 months:

    - actively check and monitor the situation (server statistics/in game)
    - do not NT again until see a bit constancy
    - for achievement purposes... create a waiting-list for NT
    - ...

These are few things i came up with for now and if any additional thought comes up, please feel free to add (i will also add).

Lets see what we can do together :)

    - check game server statistics for user activity We can do that , but duno how it helps when all nt after the big clans and if we stop nt they will make new acc , we cant control that
    - keep an "active" eye on in game dynamic for 1 or 2 week
    - create one post in forum (link related ones) about this situation
    - ...

    - stop NT for a while completely (even for achievement) until the situation gets more satisfying I explain you above people will make new acc transfer items etc , moust of them have 2 acc Humman /Orc
    - NT should only happen via 1 GM (to avoid internal communication errors) We tryed that and no goes good
    - create maybe a forum event with rewards and promote it to get users to vote/involved actively into this situation and think (since it effects them as well)
    We had Event/s whit good Reward and low players participate
    - offer limited NT together with rewards to motivate those who are online during different time-frames in order to share the user activity on both sides.

Thank you for your time and efort , i see you care a lot about this game to work well , like all players do . We will try to make the game work , sience the players ned to cooperate whit us . And stop complains and give solution like you do .All team pk almoust every day .But its much harder than some of guys think about balance .We will keep try . Waiting more solution to inspire us !Cheers

Nice Confederate clan was an active human clan, they nt. Ok but WHY?

Why is so easy to NT a clan ?

Nice GM_Osiris u agree about lot of things Lemon said, so tell me what ur going to do to make it better?
