idk if you realize it or not, but all your previous ''great'' ideas were supported by many people, but what happened then? nothing.. GMs did nothing! because some are not realistic :D thanks for concerning at my comment :P

the idea is good but not completely, you may apply this change would mark even more the advantage of those who tend to be more active in farm, and as I saw in a comment, if the server already gives you KC, if we see a little but maybe this idea works, if the max points can be exchanged for these interchangeable kc vouchers, maybe this way, we increase the activity in cz. and especially the new ones, since it is a priority to take care of certain disadvantages and force them to leave.
but this would imply a reset of these max points.
in particular it is a good idea if it is channeled with responsibility and criteria
