Dears knight's & users I'd like to announce we have begun
taking nominations applications
for new Forum Moderators of August 2017!
If you have an interest in joining the moderation team,
please read through this post and submit your application through the link at the end!
Let's answer some questions that you may have?

A Moderator's prime task on the game Maxko forums is pretty easy.
Help keep the forums orderly and easily accessible by removing & locking posts which clutter up the forums
or are previously discussed topics.
This helps cut down on repeated posts of the same topic and allows for unique discussions and conversations.
Forum Moderators also handle punishments for rule violations based upon the forum rules,
the violation in questions, and the nature of the violation.
Things like this include, profanity, derogatory language or attitude,
toxicity towards other forums users and creating a hostile discussion environment.
Maxko forums is a place where both new players and older, more experienced players may converse,
with players of various difference age groups, so ensuring everyone is able to find the answer to their question
without being ridiculed by older, experienced players is a priority.

When we are going over potential applications for Forum Moderators,
we look at key indicators that help predict how effective a moderator that person may be.

Forum Activity • Friendliness • Previous Moderator or Supervisory Positions

2. What languages do you know and speak : Main languag is dutch, speaking and writing perfectly English.

3. Your English Level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) : Advanced.

4. What country do you live in : The Netherlands.

5. Do you currently hold a job or go to school : having my own business, clothing line.

6. How many hours are you online on a daily basis : Daily basis around 5 hours, weekends depends on how busy i am mostly longer then 5 hours but also could be less then 5 hours .

7. How long have you been playing MaxKO/Titan : Around 6 years.

8. Have you previous experience in Support/Moderation from another game : A forum yes. For helping people with software add ons in game.

9. Why do you want to join the support staff team : Because I am waiting very long for this opportunity to join the staff team ( you know how long flegy ). My main reason is that I want to help the people out because i know how important help is for some people, we all have been at that point that we needed some help in game and on the forum, and now I think that I'm on this kind of level that I can help people because I have enough game experience builded in my years here on maxko/titan .

10. If one of your friend broke a rule on our forum what would you do : Punish them as a normal people should be punished for their mistake.

11. If your friend got banned unfairly by another staff member and he comes complaining to you, what would you do : Also help them and treat every person the same if they are friends or not everyone should deserve several rights.

12. What would you do to help the server if you became a Forum Moderator : Helping people make the game even better for Everyone. And playing this server and helping people at the same time, makes me smile. Because I can do what I like to do playing on this server and at the same time helping people to make the server as fun for them as it is for me.

I Hope this was enough information about me, I'm a really motivated person to make this server even better then it is.

(yes) i have been a FM 3 Times .. GM 9 Times and Admin 1 time.

.Why do you want to join the support staff team :
i see the in myself the ability to be in such position & help players.

.If one of your friend broke a rule on our forum what would you do :
friendship is something different than Ko ... business is business ... my friend or a strange person .. all must obey the rules.

.If your friend got banned unfairly by another staff member and he comes complaining to you, what would you do :
as i said my friend or a strange person ... i like fair ... so if he think he got banned unfriendly .. i will firstly speak with the staff member who banned him .. maybe he has his reason .. may also be wrong ... if he is wrong and he refuse to unbann this person .. so i will complain to a higher person (admin) .. as i said fair is fair.


.What would you do to help the server if you became a Forum Moderator :
i have a continuous ideas to improve the server .. sent to flegy many bfr and he said he will make many of them soon .. ( for now he applied the Ft+2 only ) but he told me many of them will be applied soon.

Do you currently hold a job or go to school : I go to school, but i'm going to graduate soon.

How long have you been playing MaxKO/Titan : Since 2009
Have you previous experience in Support/Moderation from another game : Yes. From World of Warcraft
Why do you want to join the support staff team : Because i've been here since so many years and i want to help the Server.
If one of your friend broke a rule on our forum what would you do : I would give him the punishment he deserves. Doesn't matter if he is a friend or not, rules are Rules.
If your friend got banned unfairly by another staff member and he comes complaining to you, what would you do : I would talk to the staff member and we will do a closer look on that case.
What would you do to help the server if you became a Forum Moderator : I have perfect knowledge in English and i see some minor mistakes. Even I sometimes struggle to read some posts. This will help the English users to understand stuff much more easier. And ofc, i hope this server will be in it's prime again!

7-----8 hours online per some day :)
8-----1 year but i was at begin maxko :) 1 monthly + - :D
9-----GM at eclipse ko my name was there GM Fict ask Fish x)
10----First reasson its i wanna be some how beneficial to titan not just like player but like helper and the one where others will find answers :) and second reasson its bcs i wanna have better times on titan i already have good times there but still believe in better :)
11----I will ask him why he do it and if he deliberately broke the rules I will not have the whispers when he get banned
12----If some other fm ban my friends its not my affair so i dont will do nothing
13----Events Helpful to everyone new players and ofc to all players on titan i try be active for them and have much funn with them and FM staff team =)

Have you previous experience in Support/Moderation from another game :Not because I did not play any game only maxko firstAnd later played titan I want to get a position in my favorite game so I can learn something new

Why do you want to join the support staff team :First, I have to learn something new. Second, I want to know how hard the staff is for the players
Third, I want to support the players with the game and help the team

If one of your friend broke a rule on our forum what would you do : We will apply the rules and regulations immediately

If your friend got banned unfairly by another staff member and he comes complaining to you, what would you do : First he does not know I'm in the team

Second, if I knew this, if this decision was unfair, I would help, but by talking to the team, I can not see anything I do not see

What would you do to help the server if you became a Forum Moderator : First, I will help the players to be loved by both the opening of the club and when they see this comfort the player will participate in playing immediately and play and I am enjoying and at the same time I am happy with all my players
