i get banned i dont know why, tell me the reason plz

they say for np hack but i had around 15k np from quest and i have a total of 21k np and i play on this account for 2 weeks so if i did a np hack i wuild get alot more np....

i realy dont understand this, im also not the only 1 with this problem, alot of people got banned for a reason we dont even know why we got banned for...
