ruby coin is fixed but please be carefull
if the amount of coins in your Inventory (and INN ) reaches 2.1b coins,
it will bug and turn the value into negative.

changes on tempest Quests.
tempest Quests will no longer be based on max points and souls.

Now it is a combination of max points, NP and coin cost.

We think this will bring back some of the NP farm value !
And it will also take some NP and coins from server...that otherwise just go up and up -
what can never be good for new players and for any economy.

We might add some more Items for NP to tempest in the near future.
