He got the point exactly. On another post i think Hulk made, he pointed out that ''hero dagger'' had a lot of resistance, I can confirm you it's not only the hero dagger, it's every single items in-game that has way too high resistance. Resistance should be from 100-200 top. not 250-400. Right now, all resistance boost skills are useless. Titan or MaxKO never had stun right, and i doubt it will ever be right, because indeed, skill level on Titan/MaxKO is way too low to have the true stun and ice effects. I played server where party were not even having party cure, and where stun and slow rates were near 5x greater then on MaxKO/Titan.
Plus, for those who didn't knew about it, all slow and stun rates on private server database are hard coded, means they can't be edited, and that's until the newer version 20xx of Knight Online. So that means, mostly the only possible way to make the stun/slow rates better, would be to reduce every resistance on every armors and weapons to make it worth. Witch I doubt will ever happen, specially when there nothing being made regarding support classes.
