Hi Vinsmoke, After further discussion with the team, the evidence you provided is not sufficient since it shows you are far from the enemy. If you see it again and can provide a video that is near enough and show to us that you cannot use skill even at a close distance then we can count that as bug abuse just like what Chucky did previously on a report similar to this one. Warning for those who will try this. If we caught you trying to replicate this "bug" MaxKO team will Ban your respective accounts. |

Also me and GM_Xogaze tried to replicate the scenario and he was able to skill me and vice versa. The trick is you need to be near them.
