Hi my achievement board is bugged I have killed many more than 20in 20mins without dieing but still only 1kill can you please help ty

this quest only count when you solo kill 20x within 20 mins without dying, even if u kill more than 20x in 20 mins or less but u in party or dead, system will reset the count. u can refer all achievement details on achievement board in game by put ur cursor to symbol '!' or can simply read medal info here http://maxko-forum.info/medals.php

As GM_Axteroid said above,you should be solo when you are going to finish this achievement and if you died,count will start from 0, please attempt to do the achievement again.
