I am not sure if this has been covered already, but how about GM's reward players for giving good suggestions? Reason I suggest this is: these players are trying to improve the experience and they take their time and effort to think and write these suggestions to better improve the overall quality of the game. Obviously I DON'T suggest giving items like Hero or Chaos but how about a couple of vote points or tp scrolls. This also gives incentives to players to write new ones.

You make suggestion to improve the game and change something in it.
If your suggestion was good, you already get a reward, your suggestion is applied to the game.
Reward will only push people to post here to have a chance to get a reward and we will have tons of craps suggestions post to read.
