we constantly try to balance things and make the server a good place for farm and pk.

Patch 1721 brings:
some fixes in CSW and Helloween Event

Changes about weapon defense
Its good if we keep reducing weapon defense slightly, to make dual wield (2x 1 handed weapon) work better.
1. Titan Rings will now give 3 Dagger Defense (was 5 before)
2. Wep Def on FN+2 has been reduced from 17 to 15
3. Stats on Kahless and Medal of Puzzle have been changed (to further reduce the overall stats and possible bugs). Dagger and Spear defense reduced to 3 (was 5).

Changes on Darkness Weapons
Some Darkness Weapons are a little OP for a "free" weapon.
(You can get them from Quest or farm them at Graveyard)

They give high AP and elemental dmg but they should as well give some negativ Bonus (darkness item...)

Darkness Dagger and Axe we already nerfed some weeks ago!

We now nerf Spear, Bow and Wand.
1. Removed Health and Dex Bonus from Darkness Spear and made the Str Bonus on +9 and +10 = 15
2. Removed 10 Health Bonus from Darkness Bow
3. Removed all HP- MP- and Health Bonus from Darkness Wand and gave it -100 AC for all upgrades (from 0 to +10)

This should balance the Darkness weapons more with the Chaos and Tier weapons.
