This tutorial is made for the users that face problem in-game and while logging in to game.
As many of you know we face errors and problems while logging in game or in-game. So I'm making this topic
for users that doesn't know how to solve those problems. This tutorials is consist of following things.

* Errors while logging in and Solutions
* Disconnection While In-game
* User's Getting Weight, Money, Exp and Stat Bug
* Disabling or Excluding MaxKO From Scan

Errors While Logging In and Solutions

1-10061 Error.

You are going to get this error whenever login is down or server is restarted. Like in the below image.

Image

For this error there isn't nothing that users can do.
We have to wait for any Dedicate to restart server.

2-Outdated version.

Image

You are going to get this error whenever your Max.exe and MaxKOC.exe are not the one we have patched in last update. There is only one reason that
you don't have updated .exes, that is because of your antivirus blocks it not to patch. Alyways update your client while your antivirus is off/disabled.
I'm going to show how to disable your antivirus or exclude MaxKO from scan at the end of the topic.

3-Extraction Failed.

This error is caused because of antivirus blocking your downloaded patch to be extracted.
You can disable your antivirus and then repatch again to fix this problem. I've explained how to disable your antivirus for various kinds of Antiviruses.
If your problem still exist you can download patches manually and patch them yourself while your antivirus is off. This is the link that where you can find patches.
Running as Administrator or changing compatibility if you are using Win Vista or Win7 would solve this problem too.

4-If MaxKO Window Doesn't Appear After You Click Start.

You need to have both Max.exe and MaxKOC.exe in your MaxKO folder (Client) in order to fix this error. If you don't have those two exes you will not be able to login to game.

Disconnection While Ingame

1-Disconnect While using Light Feet.

This can be fixed by installing your client on any other Local Disk instead of (C:\). It is better to install your game on other Local Disks.
E.g: D:\, F:\, E:\ etc..

2-Disconnect or Freezing Because Of Mage's Nova.
You can disable mage's novas by using the patch below. It is gonna disable all nova effects.

Disabling Mage's Novas

3-Disconnect Because of Laggy Game.

You can change settings from Option.exe. If you change your settings like in the screenshot below. It will allow your game run smoothly. It would be better then before.

User's Getting Weight, Money, Exp and Stat Bug.

1-Weight Bug

This bug is caused because of too much str (Strength). There is a Str limit that database can hold and if you exceed this limit your weight will be bugged.
It can be easily fixed by taking off any item that gives str.

2-Money Bug

This bug is caused because of user getting too many noahs. Whenever user gets more then 21 Gb (2,100,000,000) it's noah goes to minus (-).
It is easily fixed by reloging now.

3-Exp Bug

This bug is caused whenever user dies to a mob when he\she is 80 lvl or less. Basically effects of bugged exp is. 0 (Zero) Hp\Mana and causes user not being able to attack mob.
It is easily fixed by changing zone and then reloging .

4-Stat Bug

This bug causes character not having any stats to give. It can be fixed by deleveling, then leveling again and restating. If you are not able to delevel, means you are high level.
You can always create a topic in Your Problems section and give following infos..

Code:
Acct id:
Char id:
Corrected stats:

Disabling or Excluding MaxKO From Scan

You can follow this topic to exclude MaxKO from scanning. But it is always better to disable your antivirus while updating your client.
Cause by that way you are not going to face any problem. Antivirus will not scan the folder you excluded when you follow above steps, but in some antiviruses it will still scan those files that you downloaded.
Means it will also scan patches while you are updating your client. Follow below instructions to disable your antivirus while updating your client.
