iguss we need npc at mora or at any zone for ( exchang) ( new rings)

and it will be easy for any one need to chang his rings for rogu or wiaor or prist or mage ;-)

So iguss that npc will help more players

If flegy do that , there will not be really difference between rovs and titan rings about value. Rings should have own value with their special def ability and usable only for 1 class. I think current style is the best for rings.

no need npc to change... on that way rov nd all new rings will b priceless
and no need new rings in quest also... ncoz something need to b expensive also .. newcomers will use rov.. rov is not a bad ring
