I think the players of this server should vote in the people they trust and respect to be gms/fm's and other staff members (flegy,gilad excluded ofc) there is too many people using the buddy system here.

I like you alex but the lead of the gms an fm's are married I would consider that being "buddies" I would like to see different staff members that's just my opinion you an barbies are good staff members but people like bazzar, bananas and necro? Gimme a break i wouldn't trust them with anything alot of people feel this way I guess I'm the only one with enough back bone to speak up.

I'm just suggesting a vote for new gms and fms by the players and get rid of the fb admin shit, Not new leaders. you've been at that job for a while and I think you're great at it but the people under you an daddy should be replaced aside from gm kaoz an gm troll they seem to do theyre job well

But did Barbiies added me as a FM? or GM? or GM lead? No she didnt. I was FM before her. And then ZigZag left FM lead so Flegy Pm'd Barbiies and ask her if she wanna be then new leader. And after a while Dave asked me if i wanna be a GM and i said yes ofc. Then i left beacuse we got a baby. And then a few months later Dave asked me if i want hes title as a GM lead cuz he had other things to do.
So i really cant see the buddy system in this one, but yea, im a friend with Xogaze. But i didnt add him beacuse of that, i added him cuz he did a really good job as a FM. Or didnt he? So he deserved a chance to be a GM, and he still do a awesome job. So i wouldnt call that buddy system at all..
And the rest of the gm´s/fm´s i dont know at all. So please dont call it a buddy system ^^

Fb admin have gm tools also, he is admin on Facebook or game? Just select ppls who is most active in game except me (cuz when i say somethings like this, every1 says u wanna be staff) and vote them from players, dont vote them in staff section
