When did you lose the voucher or when did you get disconnected? Date/time. I see that you got quite a few vouchers and used them all.

I think it was well explained above. I went several times yesterday around 10pm brazilian time. In ONE of them, due to server instability, I started the lag and was disconnected, not getting the voucher.

You did explain it well except you did NOT mention the exact time you got disconnected.
