all of staff members have given you an answer about your issue in your old topic viewtopic.php?f=103&t=39588 and you didnt explain well about your losing item since you was having only 5x FTC not 10 FTX as you had mentioned befor ......
sorry we cant help you about this issue since tools/even trade logs was showing 5x FTC in your inn
