A few days before my char has been banned I was planning to format my pc because it was infected with viruses and i was dealing wiht pop-up adds. I couldn't even play ko properly. I closed the game around 5 o'clock and meet my friends at the day my char has been banned. When i am outside a friend of mine called me and asked my account's id and password. I gave it to him. Then he called me and sad "your char is banned". When i came home, I format my pc because I thought the bann reason was virusses. But Gilad in our first talk, you told me that the problem was I lured to Moradon. Afterwards, you told me that you warned me for not to use programs, and this ban is for using programs. The program is Zenmate which is a google plugin that I use for changing proxy. In Turkey, lots of website is forbidden especially torrent sites. So i use it instead of dealing with DNS settings. And i did not know it was illegal. There is another interesting situation, in the day I have been banned i closed the game around 5 o'clock but the last login time is 8.35. It is possible that someone else has logged to the char. Now whether you take me for someone using program or victim of the downloads i want my account to be opened. Since you talked about the situation with other GMs in detail, yo are probably the only GM who can open my acc. I will be pleased if you give me a clear answer about the situation. I am in exam period and I don't want to spent some time for account every day. Thank you
