Daha önce de karsilastigimiz bir sorun bu
çözümü
anti virüs yazilimin varsa bunu kapatarak yükleme yapmak yada yükledigin dosyayi tarama disi birakmak.

win 10 kullaniyorsan defender izin vermeye bilir windows defenderi kapat.
ayrica smart screen kapat
linkteki videoda smart screen nasil kapatilir anlatiyor

bu sekilde de yapamadiysan teamwiewier dan yardimci olmaya çalisayim
