MrMorata has been muted by me once already, around 1,5 weeks ago for a couple of days in an other issue.

Also, Selena Gomez isn't really a name that you came up with out of nowhere, (You could use it on other server / servers i don't doubt it but..) it's a famous girl's name so pretty much any1 can know her and name their chars after her.
Seems like he also uses it in a lil different form than you did, SelenaGOMEZ compared to SelenaGomez or whatever. So there is nothing wrong with it for now.
HOWEVER as soon as he starts to act the way you did (pretending to be DieHard's GF, etc), acting as if he'd be you. Feel free to open a topic like this with some KSC and he will be forced to change his name too. But until he doesn't do it and all he does is using that name peacefully, he can have it. [Just like you can keep iRapeDieHard too if you stop bothering DieHard and acting as if you are related to him]
