So I have a visual glitch in my client as I can't see my Khalles medal. I re installed game like 3 times and it fix nothing. Today my friend give me Khalles medal to trade to his Orc account and I can't give to him cause I can't see it. Please help me and give me suggestions to fix.

you might had missed a patch, so you need to re-install the patches once again and it will work
