Removed Medal of Kahless

Before few days, there were spawned many Ja'rod mobs, by accident.
It supposed to be EXP event, but than spawn many Tree Ghost King, we spawned wrong mobs.
The procedure of getting Medal of Kahles is much harder, than get them in event, and to be fair for the players who got Medal of Kahless before, we removed all Medal of Kahless who were dropped by that Event.

About account IDs who were blocked for Hero Weapon Investigation.

There was found some kind of NPs hack, which able many players get Hero Weapons. Now that Hack Program is added on our MaxKO-Scanner, and its can be used on MaxKO anymore.
Yesterday we did Hero Weapon Scan, and banned everyone who use that kind of hack.
But there are still few characters who got Hero Weapon by strange way.
Those characters are currently blocked.
They have to explain how they got the Hero Weapon, to get unbanned.
