tried to redeem my vote points for a trina. tried several times to get but with no luck. tried with character El_Chappo and MagicianDominique but with no success. it says to relog to receive item I did just that but no item. I still have my vote points, transaction just not going through.

You were trying to redeem it after logging off the game right?

Try buy it when you are offline and check also your Inn Hosten.
