It is a well known visual bug, we aren't really banning people for such a silly things. Especially because laggs can easily causes things like this totally, same scenario when some1 suddenly makes a 180 degree turn and run to the opposite direction, or when the CZ towers kill you while you aren't even close to them on your screen [on other people's screen you are right there, near them], etc.
