I think archer far shot damages should be lowered. Here are my reasons:
1. Can't outminor solo archer who shoots me from far (I think it's not good if assassin needs to run from solo archer who shoots from far. Two archers yes,but not from one.)
2. Super annoying "mosquito" ks parties. (There are parties of archers who follow warrior parties and just far shot/run/town. And their damage is crazy. I think if far shots were nerfed, it would force archers to use more 5x3 combo, come closer to fights and actually need some skill to make kills)
Well balanced archer should have 1 strong far shot and some medium/low damage stun/slow shots. Solo archers should not be able to take a good player from full hp to zero without 5x3 combo.
Just like solo mage can't make any kills without using staff, neither should archer. I'm sure most people agree that it's super annoying playing against archers and I think that by nerfing far shot dmg, it would bring archers closer to fights and make for more good quality pk. Maybe even compensate the archers by upping their stun/slow rates a little bit
Here the worst case of mosquito archers I have seen:
1 warrior pt humans 1 warrior pt orcs
4 archers follow humans and shoot from 50m away
Orcs die instantly when they try to fight warrior pt because of archers and when they try to go for archers, they will simply move. It takes 0 skill to make archer party like this and it completely ruins the game for others.
If it were the same scenario with mages, you could just kill the mages easily, but u can't kill rogues unless they engage in close combat.
