Me and Gilad alongside with others restored plenty of things in the past too.
But you guys ABUSED it.(That's 1 of the reasons Gilad QUITTED. [He quitted himself, he wasn't banned] You made him quit cuz we had to works hours everyday with the pointless scamming cases) You (not directly you, but alot of ppl mostly cafe users...)kept on scamming eachother, coming up with nonsense stories, made me and gilad and the others works our ass off and waste 4-5 hours everyday of our freetime (we don't get any reward for doing it ) on 1 case cuz you traded items to 439827432 different accounts and in the end tried to get back more items. There were plenty of troubles about it..
We do still help in the reasonable cases like item lost by mistake, selling it to NPC, etc. But not with interserver trades, selling accounts for money and getting scammed, or giving items to randoms that he doesn't wanna give back.
If you give an item to some1 on your own accord it's your own responsibility. We can't restore it if it's being scammed.
Why?
You give an item to guy named "X". Guy "X" doesn't wanna give it back, rather sells it for something or give it to another, innocent guy named "P" who traded it with him legally. In order to restore we should delete the item. But we can't delete the item from the 3rd guy named "P" who bought it legally at moradon. It would be unfair toward a legal player. But if the item would be restored w/o deleting the original item, that would be duping the item, making 2x item out of 1.Read the Rules: (It was made by Flegy, not by us)

We do not support scamming, be very careful with trading. It's Your own responsibility. We will still ban scammers, but We do NOT return the items.It wasn't us who decided this rule, but we have to follow it. Especially after Gilad quitted because of these topics, it was said to follow the rules.
