Does it say you are Currently Blocked or just wont let you connect?

Also dont act like Tud is stupid he knows what it means to be Blocked...

First of who said that im actin like Tud is stupid? ,

2st i said its Bloced and i have didnt any thing wrong to get a block

i have no sharer so im sure its sme thing wrong there !

His account is banned, not his character/s. Can anyone fathom a guess as to why? (Sorry, I don't have the foggiest... I'm only looking into this issue out of curiosity).
