Tempest NPC bugged, lost itens

Hi
I need some help pls
I lost 2000 souls and 80 Ftcs trying trade 2 csw belts and i dont received the itens.

Id:bwiin11
Char: Marley
Class: Priest

I see one belt on you and one on INN.

yes i have 2 belts, i have 1 in my char marley and i have 1 in my inn...
i was trying trade 2 more for make +4 and + 5 and i lost 2000 souls and 80 ftc and i dont received the itens... the belts that u see in my inventory and inn i already have a long time. thx
